great service, great customer support, if they can minimize their hosting price surely i will buy their business hosting plan. they are good but they are costly as compared to there competitors

Reliable service and prompt, capable assistance when needed

After hosting for 10 years with the so call top players in the Hosting game. Reluctantly I came to aklwebhost. I must be honest, it wouldn’t have taken much to surpass the poor service I had previously received. After only a few days I realized I had come to the right place. Being in the customer service business my self, it don’t take long to recognize a TEAM. Aklwebhost has superior customer service and unsurpassed technical support. After waiting sometime days for a simple email response with the other guys. Receiving a reply and in most cases having my issues resolved in 15 minutes or less has not only been impressive, but surly put my mind is at ease..

Akl web host provided a huge discount for the first year of service and, although it hurt a bit to pay full price for the 2nd year of service, I really have no regrets. Their down time is next to nothing and their technical support is always polite and professional.

Because their account allows users to do a lot of things that other hosts won’t allow (upgrade PHP, for example), I have learned a lot while testing out numerous sites on their servers.

I’ve tried many others, including Bluehost, InMotion, NameCheap, Pressable, and A Small Orange. While all of those (except Pressable) were “okay,” none of them come close to the speed and technical support of akl web host. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service, and service generally. 4 stars just because it’s not the most convenient service. I wish there was an option to stay logged in (I literally have to log in several or dozens of times a day), and to close multiple support tickets at once. It’s just little things that are mild annoyances, but hopefully they see this review and make the changes 🙂

The issue was quickly resolved, no waiting time. The agent was really cool and friendly and walked me through a daunting task with ease and even educated me afterwards. Amazing service delivered impeccably. That guy should be promoted.

Akl web host went out of their way to let me trial a Budget 8GB RAM server, even though their Trial packages only allow up to 4GB RAM.

While at first I was assigned 4GB RAM, this was quickly adjusted to 8GB after I wrote to them about it; the representative that assigned me the server did not read the previous conversation in the ticket.

They also provide technical support for free – they may not be able to help you with every inquiry, but they will work with you to find a solution to any technical issue you may have with their servers.

Responses are typically very quick, which allows customers to get their issues resolved very quickly.

It’s more ethical than most providers, cheaper, and the customer support is amazing.

Thank you guys for continuing to provide timely answers when I call and for being proactive with any of the service I may need in the future that are already at my disposal! Always, professional and courteous.
